Health Care Flexible Spending Account
A Health Care Flexible spending account is a tax advantaged way to pay for out-of-pocket health care expenses.
Employees may purchase a policy for themselves, spouse, and children to assist in the event a covered person is diagnosed with a covered serious illness, such as heart attack, stroke, or cancer.
A team of nurses, medical directors and benefit specialists to help you and your family solve medical, clinical and administrative issues.
Our dental plan allows you to choose any dentist you like, but you maximize your savings by using a dentist in the network. The plan covers preventive care, basic restorative care, and major restorative care services, with benefits based on the type of service received.
Our vision plan includes both in-network and out-of-network services, including eye exams, eyeglasses, contact lenses, and laser vision correction surgery.
401(k) Savings Plan
J-Team members age 21 and older are automatically enrolled in the 401(k) plan for employee contributions after 60 days of service. Upon reaching one year of service, Jordan's will match your contributions at 50 cents for each dollar that you contribute, up to 6% of your base pay.
Financial assistance of up to $5,000 for each adopted child is available.
Our short and long-term disability insurance plans are company-paid and gives you partial income replacement should you be unable to work due to a non-work related illness or injury.
Reimbursement of up to $5,250 per year for college, technical or certificate courses related to your job.
Dependent Care Flexible Spending Account
A Dependent Care Flexible spending account is a tax advantaged way to pay for out-of-pocket, work-related dependent daycare expenses.
Full-time Employees may purchase comprehensive managed legal services for themselves and their dependents for common legal matters. The level of coverage employees receive is based on the type of legal matter and whether you choose to utilize an in-network or out-of-network attorney.
Life / AD&D Insurance
Our company-paid group term life and AD&D insurance has a benefit amount of 1 times annual base salary. Supplemental employee, spouse and child life insurance plans are also available.
Group Auto and Home Insurance
Discounted group auto and home insurance with payroll deduction is available.

Identity Theft Protection offers peace of mind knowing that your identity is being monitored to prevent it from fraud or being stolen.
Paid Time Off
Employees accrue paid time off (PTO) and can use that time as they accrue it. The rate of PTO accrual increases along with years of service. Full-time Jordan's employees are also provided eight paid holidays each year, and one day off to celebrate their birthday.
J-Team members enjoy a 40% discount on up to $5,000 of showroom merchandise each year. Other discounts for area merchants, hotels, and a variety of products are also available.
