The Training Program—All new Customer Service Call Center employees begin with 8-10 weeks of paid classroom training, which includes job shadowing and mentoring. During your training, you’ll acquire all the tools, knowledge and resources to successfully handle customer calls, which include scheduling deliveries, answering general inquiries and questions about merchandise
